There were nine shows that day of September 13. I was lucky enough to go to that one in Oyster Bay. I went with the Weissert's- Ann, Karl and the soon to be Mrs. Weissert- Maria. What a perfect day that was. Sunny, comfortable and with great enjoyment. They had the classics on display featuring pre-1949 cars and trucks. The show was hosted by the LI Sound Region of the Classic Car Club. Awesome automobiles in pristine condition. During this display we were able to slip away for a guided tour through Teddy Roosevelt's home. This museum was just reconditioned and brought back to the glory of his "summer white house" . I wasn't allowed to take pictures inside the house but all these beautiful cars made up the difference...Enjoy
