Palm Beach Region Nov 17 2013

photos and text by GNYR Florida Correspondant, Marty Goffe

After being active in two busy shows — First Responders Recognition Day on October 13, then driving in the annual Veterans Day Parade on November 10 in downtown West Palm Beach, the AACA Palm Beach Region settled down temporarily by enjoying a day of basking in the tropical sun. This day of relaxing took place on November 17 at a western suburb of West Palm Beach — a development named Baywinds which contains 1080 homes.

Palm Beach Region and Baywinds residents were invited along with our friends at West Palm Beach Fire west-palm-beach-fire-rescueRescue, West Palm Beach Police Department and firefighters of the Florida Division of Forestry.

This was a great, enjoyable social /car show centered around collectible vehicles displayed.

The Baywinds Clubhouse provided pizza and soda for all vehicle occupants in addition to c-o-l-d apple cider, pastry of all types, coffee and other snacks. There was a club show inside the clubhouse at the same
time the car show was held on the parking lot.
