A Line of Antique Cars Lynbrook Expo 2014
Saturday, September 20th turned out to be another wonderful day for antique and vintage motoring. Greis Park in Lynbrook was our destination, and a fun filled destination it was.

Nearly 50 collector vehicles of which 16 were of pre-WWII vintage, had arrived to be admired by the hundreds of visitors to the park.

Among the many attractions was a horse how, a fire rescue demonstration, helicopter landing, hula-hoop competition and even the New York Mets baseball team mascot, Mr. Met! A health related fair provided all attending with colorful goodie bags and many different useful household articles, all for the taking!

Hot coffee, a variety of bagels and a meet plaque were provided to those attending with their vintage vehicles by the recreation department in appreciation for bringing their vehicles. All this with no registration fee!

Very special thanks to Harry and Caroline Verity for their hard work in making this great annual meet possible for us each year.
