Six cars were supplied by the Palm Beach Region for the twenty-fifth annual Holiday Candlelight Home Tour hosted by the Old Northwood Neighborhood Association in West Palm Beach, Florida on Saturday evening, December 29th.
Vintage cars were placed in front of each of the historic homes to add charm to the architectural beauties which date back to the early twenties.
Car owners and passengers were permitted to tour each of the thirteen homes at no charge while local residents were charged $30 in advance and $35 on the day of the event.
Refreshments were provided at each of the homes by the home owners.
This was an ideal opportunity to see beautifully restored twenties homes in the Spanish Mission, Federal Colonial Revival, Mediterranean, Frame Vernacular, Mission, Spanish and Mediterranean Revival styles. Along with original restoration features, these homes have been upgraded with new kitchens, bathrooms, alarm systems and increased amperage electrical circuitry. All rear yards resemble a true tropical paradise.
Palm Beach Region members who had their cars at this event had a very enjoyable and educational evening.
